Pharmacy-  The West Virginia Board of Pharmacy Continuing Pharmacy Education Committee has approved this program for 3 CPE credits in Drug Diversion. Approval CE number 2019-07-02-DDT

This continuing education activity meets the mandatory three hour requirement of Board-approved CME in drug diversion and best practices prescribing of controlled substances by the West Virginia Board of Medicine and the West Virginia Board of Osteopathic Medicine.
